Delete Your Pawdemia Account

We respect your right to control your data. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time.

How to delete your account

1 Open the Pawdemia app on your device
2 Tap the Profile tab in the bottom navigation bar
3 Scroll to the bottom of the page
4 Tap "Delete Account"
5 Read the confirmation message and tap "Yes, Delete My Account" to confirm
6 Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted

Can't access the app?

If you no longer have access to the app, email us at [email protected] with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days.

What data is deleted

When you delete your Pawdemia account, the following data is permanently removed:

🐾 Pet profiles All pet names, species, breeds, ages, and photos

📓 Journal entries All health logs, notes, and records

🧠 Quiz history All quiz attempts, scores, and progress

🎓 Learning progress Completed articles, reading history, and XP points

🏅 Badges & achievements All earned badges and gamification data

👤 Account information Email address, display name, and authentication credentials

🔔 Notification preferences All notification settings

📊 Usage analytics Any anonymised analytics events linked to your account

Data retention

After your account is deleted:

All personal data is permanently deleted within 30 days
Anonymised, non-identifiable analytics data may be retained for up to 90 days for service improvement purposes
No personal data is sold or shared with third parties after deletion
Backups containing your data are purged within 30 days
