By downloading, installing, or using Pawdemia, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, including the Medical & Veterinary Disclaimer in Section 5 and the Liability Waiver in Section 7. By using the app, you expressly acknowledge and accept these waivers and disclaimers.
If you do not agree to these terms in their entirety, please do not use the app.
2. End User Licence Agreement
By using Pawdemia, you also agree to our End User Licence Agreement (EULA), which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
3. Use of the App
Pawdemia is an educational platform designed for pet owners and enthusiasts. You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations.
4. Account Responsibility
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
5. Medical & Veterinary Disclaimer and Assumption of Risk
All content provided within Pawdemia is for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute professional veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
By using this app, you expressly acknowledge that:
- Pawdemia is not a licensed veterinary service and no content within the app should be used as a substitute for professional veterinary consultation.
- You assume full and sole responsibility for any decisions made regarding your pet's health, care, nutrition, or treatment based on content accessed through the app.
- You agree to always consult a qualified and licensed veterinarian for any health concerns relating to your pet before acting on any information provided by the app.
- Pawdemia expressly disclaims all liability for any harm, injury, illness, loss, or damage to your pet or any third party arising directly or indirectly from your reliance on content within the app.
Your use of this app constitutes your express agreement to this medical disclaimer and your assumption of all associated risks.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and materials available within the Pawdemia app are owned by or licensed to Pawdemia. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit any part of the app without prior written permission.
7. Liability Waiver
By using Pawdemia, you expressly waive, release, and discharge Pawdemia and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and successors from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:
- Your use of, or inability to use, the app or any content within it;
- Any reliance placed on educational or informational content provided by the app;
- Any decisions made regarding your pet's health, care, or treatment based on app content;
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.
This waiver applies to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these terms.
9. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms of Use at any time. Your continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
