We also collect usage data — such as which screens you visit and which features you use — to understand how the app is being used. Additionally, we collect device identifiers and crash or diagnostic logs to help us identify and fix technical issues.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to provide and continuously improve the Pawdemia app. Your pet profile data allows us to personalise educational content to your specific pet type. With your consent, we may send optional reminders such as daily tips or health check nudges.
We also use your information to comply with our legal obligations and to detect and prevent fraud or abuse of the service.
3. Analytics & Tracking
We use anonymised analytics to understand how users interact with the app and to guide product improvements. We do not sell your personal data to third parties under any circumstances.
Third-party service providers such as Supabase and Expo may process certain data as part of delivering the service, and they do so under their own privacy policies.

Your data is stored and processed on servers operated by Supabase, Inc., located in the European Union and United States. By using Pawdemia, you consent to this transfer and processing.
